1. Ngôn Ngữ Trong Forum
Dùng tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Anh.
2. Bí Danh (Nickname)
Dùng nickname với ký tự có thể đọc được, không dùng nick chỉ toàn những con số hoặc ký tự lạ như $, @, % ...
3. Cách Cư Xử
Không dùng từ ngữ thô tục, tục tỉu, kỳ thị. Không đả kích cá nhân, thảo luận với tinh thần tôn trọng lẫn nhau. Những qui định trên bao gồm bài viết và biểu tượng cá nhân. Nếu vi phạm những qui định trên sẽ bị xoá bài không cần giải thích, hoặc bị "ban" tạm thời .
4. Đề Tài Trùng Lặp
Không được gởi đề tài giống nhau khắp các forum, đề tài trùng lặp sẽ bị xoá. Đề tài nên được gởi trong diễn đàn thích hợp.
5. Chữ ký và Biểu Tượng Cá Nhân
Không được dùng biểu tượng cá nhân cũng như chữ ký để bôi nhọ, đã kích thành viên khác trong diễn đàn. Nếu vi phạm Mod và Admin sẽ xóa bất cứ lúc nào.
Không được dùng biểu tượng cũng như chữ ký để quảng cáo.
6. Vấn Đề Gởi Bài
Gởi những bài viết liên quan với topic.
Không post bài hoặc link có tính chất quảng cáo.
Không được đưa đề tài củ lên trên nếu không có ý kiến gì mới cho đề tài đó.
Không gởi những tranh ảnh hay website khiêu dâm , XXX....
7. Chính Trị
Không thảo luận, ca ngợi hoặc đả kích các tổ chức Chính Trị trong diễn đàn , mọi bài viết liên quan đến Chính Trị dưới mọi hình thức sẽ bị xóa.
8. Khiếu Nại
Nếu member không hài lòng với cách giải quyết của ban điều hành thì có thể gởi khiếu nại lên trong phần Ý kiến bạn đọc để thảo luận.
9. Thiếu Tộn Trọng Với Ban Điều Hành
Nếu member có thái độ thiếu tôn trọng với Ban Điều Hành thì sẽ bị "ban".
10. Hack,Crack.
Không trợ giúp vấn đề hack hoặc crack những website khác. Những bài viết và hướng dẫn hack, crack trong Black Tutoral với mục đích nghiên cứu cá nhân , chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm các hành động của thành viên.

4. Repetitive Topics
Do not post the same thread in multiple forums at the same time. Duplicate threads will be deleted. This does not include posting a topic that someone else posted months ago. While usually considered bad form, this certainly isn't worth moderating excessively. Create threads in the proper forum.
5. Graphics Avatar and Signatures
The use of your forum signature to attack another member is not allowed. Admin/Moderator have the right the removed your avatar and your signature at any time.
6. Spamming, Power posting, and Advertising
Post if you have something valuable to add to the ongoing conversation. Refrain from posting only a short, meaningless sentence or only one emote/smiley. Also, avoid posting messages soley to get people to visit an external link (such as a personal website), especialy if you are a new user to this forum. Spamming/power posting includes bumping up old topics without adding new and substantial content to them. It also includes posting the same text multiple times in a row. Power posting also covers the 'me too' posts. 'Me too' posts are when users simply reply to a message with 'me too' or 'yes' or something inane like that. Please re-read the first sentence of this paragraph. Also, instead of posting additions / corrections to a new post of yours separately, please use the edit button instead. Refrain from posting advertisement of any form (commercial or non-commercial) as long as it is not related to an ongoing discussion.
7. Politics
No Politics discussion allowed in RFViet Forum. All related posts will be deleted.
8. Disagreement
Users may disagree with the decisions or actions of the moderators and/or administrators (included forum members actions) However disagreements, criticism and the like are not to be aired within the discussion topics. Please feel free to PM the person directly rather than air your dirty laundry in public.
9. Disrespect to RFViet Staffs
Any abuse towards our staff and/or management will result in immediate suspension of your account.
10. Hack,Crack.
